We print on a by-order basis, meaning we print your shirt after we have received the money, then send it off to you. This means that your order will take longer to get to you than with other online clothing stores, because in order to have prices as low as we do, we have to wait until we get a few orders so we can print in bulk.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges, but if you change your mind about an order after you receive it, we can assist you in trying to find someone who might want to buy it off you. If and only if your item has never been washed nor worn yet, but fitting it is okay.
